Job Summary
Elite Medical Staffing is hiring a RN Nurse Manager for an ICF/ID opportunity in Dedham, MA.

Responsibilities
A RN Nurse Manager working a contract through Elite Medical Staffing at an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/ID) or group home may be expected to:
- Utilize EMR to record patients’ medical information and vital signs
- Assess individuals' health status and coordinate nursing care to support ongoing healthcare needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
- Supervise and provide clinical guidance to LPNs, CNAs, Direct Support Professionals, and other caregiving staff
- Monitor individuals for changes in health status and coordinate appropriate medical follow-up and interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, guardians, and community providers to support person-centered care
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, care coordination activities, and individual outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an ICF/ID setting
- Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
- Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
- Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
Credentials Required
- Active and unencumbered MA RN Nurse Manager License or Compact RN Nurse Manager License
- Government-Issued Photo ID or Passport
- CPR/BLS
- Tuberculosis (TB) Test
- Flu Vaccine (during Flu season)
- Covid-19 Vaccine (religious/medical exemptions accepted)
- Resume
- Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement
