Job Summary

Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Interventional Radiology Techs for a Hospital opportunitiy in Waterbury, CT. This position offers competitive pay, consistent scheduling, and the opportunity to work a dedicated assignment with one of our healthcare partners. 

As an IR Technologist, you’ll play a key role in performing minimally invasive, image-guided procedures that help diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions—from vascular disease and cancer to trauma. Working side by side with interventional radiologists, you’ll ensure patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate advanced imaging equipment (fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT) to guide catheters, wires, and devices during procedures such as angiograms, embolizations, and biopsies.
  • Support interventional radiologists in delivering high-quality patient care throughout each procedure.
  • Maintain accuracy, safety, and attention to detail in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Credentials Required

  • AART certification in Radiologic Technology (required).
  • Government-Issued Photo ID or Passport
  • CPR/BLS
  • Covid-19 Vaccine (religious/medical exemptions accepted)
  • Resume
  • Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement
