Job Summary
Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for assisted living opportunities in Hot Springs, AR. This position offers competitive pay, consistent scheduling, and the opportunity to work a dedicated assignment with one of our healthcare partners.

Responsibilities
An RN working contract through Elite Medical Staffing at an assisted living facility may be expected to:
- Assess resident health status and identify needs requiring nursing intervention.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing services as appropriate.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident service plans and healthcare needs.
- Monitor resident outcomes and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing and caregiving staff.
- Respond to resident health concerns and changes in condition.
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and resident outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in assisted living

Registered Nurse with a minimum of at least three to five years in-home health or geriatric nursing in asimilar position

Meet continuing education requirements and certifications on job classification and position, including state requirements

A minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience required
- Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
- Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
- Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
Credentials Required
- Active and unencumbered AR RN License or Compact RN License
- Government-Issued Photo ID or Passport
- CPR/BLS
- Tuberculosis (TB) Test
- Flu Vaccine (during Flu season)
- Covid-19 Vaccine (religious/medical exemptions accepted)
- Resume
- Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement
