Job Summary
Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for long-term care opportunities in Cleveland, OH. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ability to pick up shifts that fit your availability.

Responsibilities
An RN picking up shifts through Elite Medical Staffing at a long-term care facility may be expected to:
- Utilize EMR Matrix to record patients’ medical information and vital signs

Assess resident health status and identify changes requiring nursing intervention
- Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
- Monitor resident outcomes and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and support to nursing and caregiving staff
- Respond to resident health concerns and changes in condition
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and resident outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in long-term care
- Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
- Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
- Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
Credentials Required
- Active and unencumbered OH RN License or Compact RN License
- Government-Issued Photo ID or Passport
- CPR/BLS
- 2-Step Tuberculosis (TB) Test
- Physical
- Flu Vaccine (during Flu season)
- Covid-19 Vaccine (religious/medical exemptions accepted)
- Resume
- Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement
