We’re Hiring: RN MDS Coordinator | Kansas City, Missouri
Salary Range: $85,000–$90,000 annually
Bring your clinical expertise and attention to detail to a role that directly supports resident care. Kingswood CCRC is seeking an experienced RN MDS Coordinator to guide the assessment and care planning process, working closely with an interdisciplinary team.
Your impact:
· Coordinate timely, accurate completion of MDS assessments.
· Develop and update individualized care plans that reflect residents’ needs.
· Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other departments to support accurate clinical documentation.
· Support utilization review and appropriate reimbursement.
· Monitor assessment schedules, identify documentation gaps, and help the team stay on track.
What we’re looking for:
· An active RN license valid in Missouri.
· Experience with MDS assessments and care planning in skilled nursing or long-term care.
· Knowledge of the RAI process and PDPM.
· Strong organization, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
· A commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
