Job Summary
Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for skilled nursing opportunities in Lake Mary, FL. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ability to pick up shifts that fit your availability.

Responsibilities
An RN picking up shifts through Elite Medical Staffing at a skilled nursing facility may be expected to:
- Assess resident health status and identify changes requiring clinical intervention.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
- Monitor resident outcomes and communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Perform skilled nursing procedures within scope of practice and facility guidelines.
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and resident responses in the medical record.
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members as appropriate.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Active and in good standing FL RN License or Compact RN License
- Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in skilled nursing
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
- Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
